Bob Rafferty has been an on and off resident of Lowell his whole life. Born and raised here on family property that was his great grandfathers dairy farm he was one of few kids to grow up in the Acre playing in his barn. He now organically farms the family land and sells each friday during the summer at the farmers market on City Hall Plaza. Not only is he a photographer, but also a musician, and artist of many mediums. Fed up with the bar scene his focus has currently shifted from music back into art. It is his hopes that his work can affect and speak to others, awakening them to the societal problems which surround us yet most of us seem unable to see.
